Refund policy

ARTICLE 1 - PAYMENT
1.1 The payment of the order made at the gallery is by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal. Payment cards accepted are CB, MasterCard and Visa. The data recorded by the Paypal payment system and/or the payment service provided by Stripe constitute proof of financial transactions.


1.2 The payment is protected by SSL protocol.


ARTICLE 2 - COMPLIANCE
2.1 The gallery undertakes to refund or replace products that do not match the order. The request must be made within 7 working days of delivery by e-mail. Any claim submitted outside this period will not be accepted. The products must be returned to Garance & Marion in the condition in which they were received, in their original packaging, within 7 working days of sending this e-mail.


2.2 The shipping costs will be refunded on the basis of the invoiced rate, as well as the return shipping costs, if the return is justified by a quality defect or non-conformity with the order.


2.3 The works are sold as they are represented on the website, the gallery can not be held responsible for any minor differences that may exist between the image displayed on the website and the reality of the product.
