The exhibition arrives in Verona for the last stage!

We continue our itinerary and for our last stop on the mainland we invite you to VERONA, at the friends of the Spazio Veronetta, from 13 to 16 October 2022.

We are very pleased to invite you to the inauguration of «Vista Veneto», which will take place on Thursday 13 October from 18.30 to 20.30 in Verona at the Spazio Veronetta.

🖼 The exhibition will deal with the history, gastronomic and geographical richness of the Veneto. And for this, nothing better than meeting the local public and continuing our itinerary. The Veneto region: a privileged position for centuries of gastronomy, but above all for an extraordinary wealth of raw materials, thus favoring quality production.

*The veronetta space was born in 2018 from the desire of local artisans and artists and the non-profit association Diplomart to find a common "locus" where they could create and share their work. The common goal is to promote and enhance artistic research in all its forms and expressions, ranging from painting to photography, video production and digital art. The door to the space is always open for those who want to produce and spread culture but also for those who just want to meet others to share their passions with.
* " We define Legend Kombucha as an Ancient, Tonic, Oriental. Ancient because legend has it that the first kombucha was made more than 2000 years ago; Tonic because the benefits of tea are amplified by the fermentation process and Oriental because it is in China that we have the first evidence of kombucha consumption."
To put it simply, kombucha is a fermented tea. In fact, the procedure, reduced to the bone, is to let the sweetened tea ferment with a starter - or a liquid already in the fermentation process - and SCOBY (an acronym from the English of Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). This fermentation process manages to create essential acids that are able to purify the body and which are also a source of probiotic microorganisms that act on general health and in particular on the immune and digestive systems.
