Terms of service
ARTICLE 1 - THE CUSTOMER
The person who makes an online purchase on the website www.garance-marion.com declares that he is of age in the country where he resides and has legal capacity or holds parental authorization to place an order on the Site. When registering your personal data during the validation of the order or the creation of your account, you must ensure the accuracy of the mandatory data that you provide. In the event of an error in the recipient’s details, the Garance & Marion gallery cannot be held responsible for the failure to deliver the product.
ARTICLE 2 - PRICES
2.1 The prices indicated in euros are inclusive of all taxes and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are indicated when the customer places the order and before proceeding to payment. There are no shipping costs for the collection in Venice (it is possible to agree a meeting point for delivery).
2.2 In case of a delivery request abroad, customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be due. These obligations and sums are not the responsibility of the gallery and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
ARTICLE 3 - ORDERING
3.2 The validation of any online order implies the acceptance, by the Internet user, of all the general terms and conditions of contract, which he acknowledges to have fully understood. This acceptance will consist in the fact that the Internet user ticks the box corresponding to the following sentence: "I have read the general conditions of sale and I accept them without reservation". The check box will have the same value as a handwritten signature of the internet user.
3.3 The Customer will have the opportunity, before validating the order definitively, to check the details and the total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express its acceptance. Each order confirmed by the Customer is considered a sales contract and acceptance of all clauses contained herein. La Galerie Garance et Marion undertakes to send the customer a confirmation e-mail of all the elements of the order, before sending it. The customer is therefore required to provide a valid e-mail address at the time of registration.
3.4 By sending the electronic order form, the customer places a firm and final order. Any modification must be the subject of a new order by the customer.
